Privacy policy

What data we process
The data you provide when requesting a quote: name, phone number, project area and the work you want done. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your number and anything you send, including photos. We also process your IP address and the date of form submission to prevent misuse.
Purposes and legal bases
To respond to your request, give you a price and, if you engage us, prepare and carry out the work. The legal bases are your consent when submitting the form or contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.
How long we keep it
While we handle your request and, if work goes ahead, for the duration of the relationship and the statutory retention periods for invoicing and warranties. If no work goes ahead, we delete form data within one year.
Who receives it
No one outside Placart, except the providers that make the service possible: Vercel Inc. (hosting the website and the function that receives form submissions), Resend Inc. (sending email notifications) and, if you contact us through that channel, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. These companies have headquarters or servers in the United States, with transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Vercel’s visitor analytics does not use cookies or identify individuals.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected, request its erasure, object to or restrict processing, or request portability by writing to hola@placart.es. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
Minors and security
Our services are intended for adults. Data is transmitted in encrypted form and is accessible only to the people handling quotes.
