Purpose

This website provides information about Placart’s plasterboard installation services (stud partitions, suspended ceilings, wall linings, insulation, soundproofing and plasterboard units) and allows users to request a quote via the form or WhatsApp. Prices given on WhatsApp or by email are indicative until a written quote is sent.

Use

Users undertake to use the website and form in good faith and to provide accurate information. Placart may remove content or block access in the event of misuse.

Intellectual property

The Placart name, logo, texts, project photographs and design belong to Placart or to VIAMOS, which created them on commission. They may not be copied or used without permission. ‘Pladur’ is a registered trade mark of Pladur Gypsum, S.A., which is unrelated to Placart. On the Spanish-language website, it is used as the customary name for the plasterboard system.

Liability

The information is reviewed but may contain errors or become outdated. Placart accepts no liability for damage arising from use of the website or unavailability of the service. Links to other websites are provided for reference; Placart does not control their content.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
